Gas analyzers DETEX (CH4, CO, O2)

Designed, depending on the version, for continuous automatic monitoring of the concentration of methane, carbon monoxide, oxygen in the atmosphere of the working area with subsequent conversion and transmission of the measured current value via a digital and/or analogue interface, as well as issuing a warning alarm when specified thresholds are exceeded.

The scope of application according to the explosion protection marking is underground workings of coal mines, including hazardous gas (methane) and/or coal dust, as well as explosive zones of classes 0 and 1 of premises and outdoor installations, where the formation of explosive gas mixtures of category IIB and explosion hazard group is possible T1 – T4.

Gas analyzers are stationary, intrinsically safe electrical equipment and are manufactured for controlled gas in four versions (options):
- CH4 - measurement of the volume fraction of low concentration methane (0...4.4% vol);
- CO - measurement of carbon monoxide concentration in ppm;
- O2 - measurement of the volume fraction of oxygen in%;
- СH4 IR - measurement of the volume fraction of methane at high concentrations (0...100% vol).
Based on the output analog signal, gas analyzers are available in three versions:
- I – unified current signal 4…20 mA;
- U - unified voltage signal 0.5…2 V;
- F - frequency signal 5…15 Hz.

Peculiarities:

Two-way transmission of all necessary information (state of the gas analyzer, cause of malfunction, current value of gas concentration, temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, etc.) via the RS-485 interface, as well as displaying any information on the display, including an event menu with time stamps.
Multifunctional keys and an intuitive menu allow calibration of zero and span at the installation site of the gas analyzer or via the interface in specialized rooms on the surface of mines.
The use of an output connector and a terminal box allows you to quickly reconnect the device for maintenance.

Газоанализаторы являются стационарным искробезопасным электрооборудованием и производятся по контролируемому газу в четырех исполнениях (вариантах):- СH4 - измерение объемной доли метана низких концентраций (0…4,4 % об);- СO - измерение концентрации оксида углерода в промилях;- O2 - измерение объемной доли кислорода в %;- СH4 IR - измерение объемной доли метана высоких концентраций (0…100 % об).По выходному аналоговому сигналу газоанализаторы выпускаются в трех вариантах:- I – унифицированный токовый сигнал 4…20 мА;- U - унифицированный сигнал напряжения 0,5…2 В;- F - частотный сигнал 5…15 Гц.
Особенности:Двухсторонняя передача всей необходимой информации (состояние газоанализатора, причина неисправности, текущее значение концентрации газа, температуры, влажности, атмосферного давления и т.д) по интерфейсу RS-485, а также вывод любой информации на дисплей, включая меню событий с метками времени.Многофункциональные клавиши и интуитивно понятное меню позволяют производить калибровку нуля и диапазона на месте установки газоанализатора либо по интерфейсу в специализированных помещениях на поверхности шахт.Применение выходного разъема и клеммной коробки, позволяет быстро переподключить прибор для обслуживания.
