Thermal relay TR2

Designed to provide protection against overheating of the controlled object, as well as maintaining the temperature value within the specified limits of the technological process in coal mines and other enterprises in accordance with explosion protection markings.
Thermal relays are stationary, intrinsically safe electrical equipment and are manufactured as external plug-in thermal resistances, in accordance with GOST 6651-2009 in two versions (options):
TR2-Cu for thermal resistances TSM-100M
TR2-Pt for Pt100 thermal resistances.

Peculiarities:

The thermal relays are equipped with a light alarm in the form of a three-color LED, as well as an executive relay designed to provide a protective shutdown of electrical equipment or turn on external devices when a specified temperature threshold is reached at any of the two controlled measurement points.
The executive relay is controlled when the set value of one of the temperature sensors connected to the device is exceeded (OR principle). If only one temperature sensor is used instead of another, it is necessary to connect a resistance of 100 Ohms to the terminal input of the thermal relay.
Thermal resistances can be connected using a two-, three-, or four-wire circuit, depending on the distances between the thermal relay and the temperature measurement points, as well as the required accuracy class.
It is possible to use temperature sensors of both submersible and surface versions.
Programming of thermal relay parameters, such as address, speed and response threshold, is carried out via the RS-485 interface.
Thermal relays have multi-level protection, continuous automatic self-diagnosis of hardware and software.
A wide supply voltage range and low power consumption allow the device to be connected over long distances to power sources, using small cross-section conductors, including telephone lines and twisted pairs.
The thermostat is also capable of operating in thermostat mode to maintain temperature by controlling the heating device. To do this, you need to adjust the required hysteresis value.
