KAGI adapter
Provides conversion of digital signals about the current concentration of flammable and/or toxic gases in the atmosphere of the working area from methane sensors of the DETEX series (manufactured by PKF SHATL LLC, certificate STs23.0841) into analog continuous and discrete signals compatible with the KAGI aerogas information complex , as well as issuing a signal to automatically turn off electrical energy from the controlled object when the maximum permissible share of measured gases is reached.
The KAGI adapter, together with three DETEX CH4 gas analyzers, ensures the performance of all functions of the AT3-1 methane analyzer (except for telephone communication over one line with an analog signal).

Peculiarities:
- Possibility of using gas analyzers with the MODBUS - RS485 communication interface in air-gas monitoring (AGC) systems based on the KAGI complex without increasing the material costs of making changes to its existing hardware and software, including the cost of additional communication lines of the underground and surface parts.
- due to the RS485 interface, full interconnection of the adapter with the gas analyzer is ensured, which allows you to:
- indication of the volume fraction of methane measured by each of the sensors on the color display, including their threshold values, as well as the current value of temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, state of gas analyzers, causes of malfunction (optional);
- viewing the status of gas analyzer settings (optional), including an event menu with time stamps (optional).
Possibility of integration into modern general mine systems of AGK using the MODBUS RTU protocol.
Multifunctional keys and an intuitive menu make it easy to configure the adapter and view modes for viewing data from gas analyzers.
A high-performance 32-bit microcontroller with flash memory ensures the execution of the adapter operating algorithm and opens up the possibility of flexible changes in the functionality of the device (if necessary) by modifying its software without affecting the hardware (during operation when tasks change).
The body is made of stainless steel,
resistant to corrosion in the atmosphere and aggressive environments.
